Good health involves daily choices and habits that contribute to your well-being now and for the future. We sometimes ignore the things that ensure balance and lead to good health. This presentation will highlight simple but important steps you can take to improve your health and the health of your family members.

Cindy Keitel

Cindy Keitel is currently Community Relations Coordinator at California Lutheran University.  She joined CLU's Communications and Marketing Division in 2008. She previously worked in marketing and communication in the healthcare industry for 20 years, serving as associate vice president and director of Health and Wellness for Health Net. Keitel, who received her MBA from CLU, has served in leadership positions for the American Heart Association for 15 years and was honored as the organization’s 2006 Volunteer of the Year.

Keitel works with non-profit organizations to increase the number of CLU staff and faculty members providing service in the community. Keitel also oversees neighbor relations, provides material for the university’s Neighbors and Visitors Web site and serves as a liaison for the CLU’s Community Leaders Association and other organizations.
